Baijiu England – Cockney Jiu

England shares its borders with Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales it has a population of over 53 million people. London is the capital city of England and the largest metropolitan area of the United Kingdom and is its most populous city. It is located on the river Thames.

London is one of the leading global city’s in finance and commerce. It is considered the largest financial centres in the world. London has a diverse population and over 300 languages are spoken in the region.

Although tea is probably classed as the national drink of England, Gin comes in a good second best. Although to be called gin the spirit had to contain juniper berries, but Gin today is produced in a wide range of botanicals giving rise to to a number of distinct flavours, and is around 40% ABV.

Cockney Jiu Baijiu Cocktail

25ml of V.I.P Jiu 8
25ml of gin
35ml of dry vermouth
15ml of cherry brandy
1 cocktail cherry
A spiral of orange peel

Put the ice into a mixing glass and add the V.I.P Jiu 8, gin, vermouth and cherry brandy, stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry and orange peel.
