Sake is Japans national drink, Sake means alcohol. The main ingredients are rice and water, and is diluted to 15% ABV for bottling.

For Goodness Sake Baijiu Cocktail

25ml of V.I.P Jiu 8
25ml of Sake
30ml of plum wine
10 ml of cranberry juice
4 ice cubes
2 cherries

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake to mix then strain into a hurricane glass, garnish with cherries.
