You must be aged 18 and over to access our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence.
The prices given for products are quoted in (GBP) UK Pounds Sterling.
Payment can be made online by debit card. We only accept debit cards for online payments at this moment.
Alternatively, orders can be emailed (firstname.lastname@example.org) to V.I.P Jiu 8 and payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Orders will be dispatched after cheques have been cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order received and refund the total value back to the cardholder.
Once your order has been placed successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Another will be sent to us informing us of the order. We will then prepare your order for dispatch, so please ensure that the details on your confirmation email are correct.
V.I.P Jiu 8 does not accept liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information supplied within orders. Always allow a few days flexibility on delivery, as delay can be caused by factors outside the control of our courier. For UK deliveries, please allow 4 working days from clearance of funds.
We will ensure that goods are packaged well and will retain proof of postage, however we send these bottles only on the understanding that we do so entirely at the risk of the customer.
We think you’ll be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there’s anything you are unhappy with a product, please inform us within 7 days and arrange for the product to be returned to us in good condition in its original packaging. We will then reimburse you for the cost of the product. Please note that we will not pay for any delivery charges incurred by returned goods. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will make reimbursements within 30 days of return.
If you do need to return something to us, please get in touch with us first.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Changes to this Policy
This policy replaces all previous versions and is correct as of March 2020. We reserve the right to change the policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted here.
